Moved to the surgery about a year ago,I had no problem with my previous surgery but Boundary House is closer,I discussed the move with my previous GP.
I have had no problem getting appointment.normally online, and have been given a course of physio which has been very helpful.
Dr very unhelpful and couldn't explain why I was still waiting to hear from them after 6 months of waiting for a heart problem
My doctors appointment was on time . My conversations with my doctor were easy and I felt I was important to her at that moment and she listened to what I had to say and gave me good advice .. Her enthusiasm and Bon homie was infectious, just what I needed to boost my morale and well being. I felt good about myself when I left. Very uplifting.
For the 2nd time my sick note expired and was not ready even though I had been advised it would take 48 hours for it to be ready making it at least 3 days without cover and causing problems with my company. Both times I went up to the surgery on crutches to find the request was not even on the computer and now I will not receive the sick note until over a week after it has expired this is unacceptable.
Had an appointment with dr John on Monday morning and had a 15 minute wait to be seen. Went in to be told if she read a letter from my Parkinsons nurse see wouldn't have time to sort my problems with my foot and shoulder. Was then spoken to in a rude and very abrupt manner at which point I said I'm going to leave because of her lack of manners. She then apologised and looked at my foot Now makes me an appointment for the following day at 10:20am. I walk to the doctors but I'm 5 minutes late10:25am asked to sit down then be told the doctor said I will have to make a new appointment ( pot kettle) comes to mind I had to wait 15 minutes the day before.
I have never been treated so poorly by any doctors surgery befor. Dave wood
